D. Scott Erickson, Attorney

D. Scott Erickson founded D.S. Erickson & Associates, PLLC, with a vision of creating a unique and highly effective law firm known for its high standards and innovation. As the lead attorney at the firm, Mr. Erickson represents small to large business entities, ranging from privately owned entities to multibillion-dollar corporations. These businesses turn to Mr. Erickson for representation in civil litigation as well as general business transactions, such as establishing partnerships and corporate entities (e.g. C, S, LLC) and writing contracts. His clients include some of the world's leading healthcare entities, as well as a wide range of companies in the technology, legal, manufacturing, distribution and commodity industries.
